A Pre-fire Plan is a visceral and descriptive detailed record of the building systems and hazards in a particular building. These Plans serve as a valuable tool for emergency responders and building staff when dealing with emergency situations.

LRI will conduct a comprehensive audit of the building and will review documentation and schematics of building systems. Based on the information obtained, a Pre-fire Plan will be prepared, which will consist of detailed colour floor plan drawings, various schematics, and text describing the inspection of the building systems.
