Assembly buildings, rooming, boarding and lodging houses, health care facilities, and residential buildings in Ontario are required to comply with Part 9 Retrofit of the Ontario Fire Code. Where strict compliance is not practical, LRI will prepare a Life Safety Study to achieve compliance in an alternative manner, as permitted by the Regulations.
