A graduate of Ryerson Polytechnical University (Electronics and Physics) and Co-founder and CEO of Leber/Rubes Inc., Fred has over 30 years experience in the Fire Protection and Security Industry. His extensive experience includes the following:

  • Early Warning Fire Detection Systems
  • Electronic System Design (Fire Alarm, Security)
  • Special Hazard Applications Engineering (IR & UV Fire Detection, Halon, CO2)
